With the NFL season starting last Thursday, we are on the verge of new sports related commercials. Watching pregame coverage today there are already some instant classics.
Call it the Head & Shoulders Curse, Troy Polamalu is hilarious and out for at least the next few weeks:
And joining Peyton Manning and Justin Timberlake in this Sony spot is the Erin Andrews and her camera man “Tom.” I wonder when this was filmed, and what Sony was thinking, to run with having Andrews siting at a table with a guy holding a video camera after everything that happened this summer with the “Peeping Tom“:
Bud Light is also showing that Billy Mays is dead but his style can always be copied. Check out the team colored cans in the background:
